| 摘 要： | 普通高校开设花样轮滑课，将有利于实现《纲要》的目标要求，顺应时代发展的要求，满足学生成长的需要，促进高校体育课程的更新和完善。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法，分析和讨论普通高校开设花样轮滑课的有利条件、重要性和现实意义，认为花样轮滑运动是一项融竞技、健身、休闲、艺术、惊险等于一体的运动项目，普通高校开展这项运动，对提高大学生的身体素质、心理素质和审美素质有着独特的作用，并对高校体育教学改革的深入发展起到积极的促进作用。花样轮滑运动的开展受气候影响较小，器材和场地方面的要求也不高，技术难度适中，技术特征明显、易学，普通高校具有开展花样轮滑运动的场地条件和师资优势。花样轮滑运动是一项广受大学生欢迎与喜爱的运动，普通高校具有开展花样轮滑运动的学生心理基础。大多数高校教师也认为这项运动符合大学生的体育兴趣和适合在高校开展。在高校体育教学改革的大背景下，满足大学生对体育运动的时尚性和新奇性的需要，把花样轮滑运动作为普通高校体育课的教学内容是非常可行的。
