| Abstract: | There are some problems in introducing talent into adults'colleges.The problems result from less stress on systematical plan for talent employment,but more stress on the educational background and research ability.The lack of competition and assessment for the talent and the unequal treatment of the"inside talent"with the"outside talent"also cause the problem.The valid solution is to establish the system of talent employment with the principle of"one person one post"and the system of competition,assessment and elimination. |
