高职院校辅导员职业心理建设探索

摘    要:辅导员担负着培养学生的良好人格、使其对世界具有正确态度并充满信心迎接生活挑战的重任。但目前这一人群存在着职业倦怠、激励机制缺失、职业满意度低、角色冲突等问题。高职院校的辅导员职业心理建设应坚持职业定位的非教师化原则,明确个体发展的良性目标,创建纵向、专业化管理模式,从而构建辅导员队伍的“精品工程”。

A Probe into the Professional Psychological Development of Vocational College Counselors

Abstract:Counselors shoulder the important tasks of cultivating students' sound personalities and develop their correct outlook toward the world and the confidence in face of the challenges in life. However, there exist jobrelated problems among the group of counselors, such as languor, lack of incentives, low satisfaction rate and conflicts of roles. The development of vocational college counselors should adhere to the non-teacher rule, define the optimum goals of individual development, and create vertical and professional management so as to realize the "high quality project" of the counselor group.
