| 摘 要： | 素质教育是相对于应试教育提出来的，从教育价值上说，素质教育必须同时满足社会、个体对教育的需求，这既是素质教育实施的目标，也是素质教育思想指导下考试改革的目标。在考试目的上，要实现从甄别选拔到育人为本的转变；在考试的过程上，要实现从课程教学向全方位学习、从注重书本知识向注重实践创新的转变；在考试标准上，要实现相对标准向绝对标准与个体标准相结合的转变；在考试方法上，要实现从一元化向多样化的转变。

| Abstract: | Compared with the education oriented on the examination,we bring forward the concept of the competency_based education.From the aspect of the educational value,the competency_based education should satisfy the educational need from society and individual.That is not only the object of the competency_based educational implementation but also the one of the examinational reform guided by the idea of the competency_based education.The transmission on the examinational object should be realized from the selection and classification to the orientation on cultivation.The transmission on the process of the examination should be realized from the curriculum teaching to the integrated learning and from the emphasis on the book learning to the emphasis on the practice and innovation.The transmission on the examination criterion should be realized from the comparative criterion to the combination of the absolute criterion and the individual one.The transmission on the examination way should be realized from the centralization to the diversification. |
