| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国民营院团的数量和规模如雨后春笋般生长，成为政府提供农村公共文化服务的重要补充，但是在发展壮大民营院团的路上遇到了前所未有的瓶颈。这需要我们政府不断落实、完善政策，加大对民营院团的扶持力度，为民营院团的发展创造更美好的环境，同时也需要民营院团本身不断加强管理和运作，提高自身实力与对外形象，能够为农村提供质量更好的公共文化服务，满足农村文化市场，丰富广大农村群众的文化生活。

| Abstract: | Recently ,the number and size of the private art troupe mushrooms in China ,and private art troupes are becoming the important supplement of the rural public cultural service ,even the main part of the rural cultural construction .But ,on the way to go further ,the private art troupes encounter unprecedented bottlenecks .This paper discusses problems they meet in their development and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures . |
