摘    要:径向模式振动的压电变压器是由硬的压电材料建成,具有较高的机械品质因数Qm,它是沿厚度方向极化。首先根据压电变压器等效电路模型图建立压电变压器的动力学模型,根据各个负载电阻,测定的电压升压比,输出功率,效率方面的电性能,得出电压升压比与负载电阻成比例地增大,之后对不同厚度的压电变压器进行Comsol仿真,对比得出最优的压电变压器。后通过MATLAB仿真得出电阻最佳时,效率达到最大可以达到90%,升压比为1.5,对这些结果进行比较,从等效电路的分析计算,得出他们有很高的效率和稳定性,可以解决原有卫星推进器效率低、不稳定的状况。

CHARACTERISTICS OF PIEZOELECTRIC TRANSFORMER IN THE RADIAL VIBRATION MODE

Abstract:A radial vibration mode of the piezoelectric transformer is constructed of hard piezoelectric materials having a high mechanical quality factor Qm, which is polarized in the direction of thickness. Firstly, according to the equivalent circuit model diagram of the piezoelectric transformer, the dynamic model of the piezoelectric transformer can be set up. Secondly, according to load resistors, the voltage rising ratio, the output power and the electrical properties of the efficiency, this paper draws a con-clusion that the voltage rising ratio increases as the load resistors increase. After that, the piezoelectric transformers with differ-ent thickness are simulated through Comsol and by contrast the optimal piezoelectric transformers can be obtained. Through MATLAB simulation, under the best resistor, the efficiency can reach 90%and the voltage rising ratio is 1.5. Through the com-parison of results, from the equivalent circuit analysis and calculation, they have obtained very high efficiency and stability, and can solve the problems of low efficiency and instability in the original satellite propeller.
