摘    要:公立医院激励性薪酬体系构建服务于医院战略,是实施公立医院发展经营战略的需要。本文主要研究黄石市公立医院激励性薪酬体系的构建思路和实践,力求达到充分调动广大医务人员工作积极性的目的。

Abstract:The construction of public hospitals incentive salary system confines to hospital strategy and is necessary to the development and management of the public hospitals in Huangshi city. This paper studies the practice and construction ofincentive salary system, hereupon motivate the medical staff to engage themselves in the work.
