基于双元创新视角的资源拼凑对新创企业成长的影响研究

摘    要:资源拼凑是新创企业成长的一个关键因素,同时也支撑着新创企业的双元创新活动。本文采用典型调查的范式,以部分典型地区的新创企业作为样本,通过问卷调查的形式得到163份有效问卷,并基于双元创新视角探索资源拼凑对新创企业成长的影响。研究发现:资源拼凑对新创企业成长正向影响显著;资源拼凑对双元创新正向影响显著;双元创新与新创企业成长正向影响显著;双元创新在资源拼凑对新创企业成长影响中起到中介作用;环境动态性在资源拼凑与新创企业成长关系中起正向调节作用;环境动态性在资源拼凑与双元创新关系中起正向调节作用。整体而言,此研究结果为开拓资源拼凑之于新创企业成长的权变价值提供了宝贵的经验积累,推动该研究场域的价值挖掘。

Research on the impact of resource patching on the growth of new start-ups from the perspective of dual innovation
Abstract:The patchwork of resources is a key factor in the growth of new startups, and it also supports the dual innovation activities of startups. This article adopts the typical survey paradigm, taking some new startups in typical regions as samples, and obtaining 163 valid questionnaires through questionnaire surveys, and explores the impact of resource patchwork on the growth of startups based on the dual innovation perspective. The research found that: resource patchwork has a significant positive impact on the growth of start-ups; resource patchwork has a significant positive impact on dual innovation; dual innovation and the growth of start-ups have a significant positive impact; dual innovation in resource patching has a significant positive impact on the growth of start-ups It plays an intermediary role in the impact; environmental dynamics plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between resource patching and the growth of new ventures; environmental dynamics plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between resource patching and dual innovation. On the whole, this research result provides valuable experience accumulation for exploiting resources to piece together the contingent value of the growth of new ventures, and promotes the value mining of this research field.
