| 摘 要： | 成人信息弱势群体表现为信息意识薄弱、获取信息渠道少、信息利用能力差的特征。旨在为社区居民谋发展,改善社区居民生活质量的社区教育有义务服务于成人信息弱势群体,这是成人信息弱势群体的强烈诉求,也是社区可持续发展的必然要求。我们应该积极发挥社区教育的功能,大力开展信息知识的宣传活动,增强成人信息弱势群体的信息意识;丰富社区成员的社交活动,拓宽他们的信息来源渠道;跟进社区信息化建设,为其创设适宜的信息平台;加强信息技术教育,提升信息利用能力。

| Abstract: | In the information age, information disadvantaged groups should be concerned. Adult information disadvantaged groups show the characteristics of weak information awareness, less access to information channels and poor information using ability. Community education, which is seeking development for community residents to improve community residents living quality, has an obligation to serve adult information disadvantaged groups. This is not only a strong demand for adult information disadvantaged groups, but also an inevitable requirement for sustainable community development. We can take following measures to realize the aims： carrying out in formation knowledge campaigns to elevate the information awareness of adult information disadvantaged groups; enriching community members＇ social activities to broaden the channels of information sources ; following up community informational construction to create a suitable information platform; enhancing information technology education to imorove information utilization capacitv. |
