| 摘 要： | 人权是人作为人的基本权利。我国已经实现了人权入宪,并实施了第一个《国家人权行动计划》。现代学校不仅应该传播人权思想,开新风,树正气,更应该成为维护人权原则的践行者,成为彰显人权、保护人权的标兵。现代学校教育从教育目的、教育内容,到教育方法、教师角色,都应该贯彻人权原则,使学生的基本权利得到应有的保护和实现。

| Abstract: | Human rights are the fundamental rights of human beings. In our country, tne numan ~g,lL~ have been included into the Constitution, and ＂the National Human Rights Action Plan＂ has been implemented. The aims o{ modern schooling are not only to spread the idea of human rights, establish new trends and build justice, but also to maintain, protect and preach human rights. Modern schooling should embody this principle in its aims, contents, methods and teacher roles so that the fundamental rights of students can be protected and guaranteed. |
