| 摘 要： | 按照检察一体化的制度要求,民事行政检察办案一体化机制,有利于克服地方司法化,有利于法制统一,有利于维护公共利益,其制度基础为检察一体化。按照系统论的哲学要求,民事行政检察办案一体化机制,具有整体性、层次性、协调性等特征。按照新制度经济学的效率要求,民事行政检察办案一体化机制,可减少办案过程中的＂交易费用＂,促成各部门合理的办案分工。
