金川镍矿尾砂膏体充填采矿技术进步与展望

摘    要:膏体充填是充填法采矿中技术最先进和难度最大的采矿技术。从20世纪80年代末期到90年代中期,金川矿山在我国首次开展了尾砂膏体充填技术的引进、研究、建设和工业化应用。由于膏体充填在我国尚属首次,因此在系统设计和工程应用中存在诸多问题,导致膏体充填系统于1999年投产6年来一直处于非正常生产状态。虽然矿山开展了不间断研究和技术改造,但一直未取得突破性进展。针对在生产中暴露出的问题以及前期研究经验,从2005年4月开展为期1年多的膏体充填技术攻关和系统改造,由此获得重大突破。改造后的膏体充填系统不仅实现正常生产,充填生产能力逐年提高,而且在2011年达到设计生产能力,从而解决了长期困扰尾砂膏体充填的技术难题。首先简要概述我国目前尾砂膏体充填技术应用现状,然后重点总结金川矿山尾砂膏体充填技术研究进展以及所取得的攻关成果,展望金川矿山充填采矿技术的发展趋势。

On the Technological Progress and Prospects of Paste Backfilling in Jinchuan Nickel Mine

Abstract:From the late 1980s to the mid-1990s ,Jinchuan Mine started to introduce ,study ,construct and put into industrial application of paste filling technology which was the most advanced and difficult mining technology .Because it was the first time applied in China ,there were so many problems emerged in design and production that it had remained non-normal production status without any breakthrough for six years since 1999 even though the mine continuously carried out technological research and innovation .A significant turning point appeared finally after the technical reform from 2005 to 2006 .The reformed tech-niques not only met the needs of normal production ,but increased the filling amount up to the design pro-duction capacity so as to solve the long-standing problems in this field .T hus this paper concluded the re-search progress and achievements of the paste backfilling technology in Jinchuan mine with the prospects for the future use through introducing briefly the present application status in our country .
