| 摘 要： | 农村殡葬文化是我国民俗文化的重要组成部分。我国传统殡葬形式有利有弊,而现行法规下殡葬制度又存在诸多不足。在尊重传统民俗的基础上,吸收传统文化的有益成分,完善现有的农村殡葬制度,减轻农民的经济负担,传承孝道文化,才能适应社会主义新农村建设的需要。

| Abstract: | The rural funeral system is an important part of Chinese folk culture. The traditional funeral form has both advantages and disadvantages, while the funeral system under the current law has many disadvantages. We thus should absorb the good elements of traditional culture on the basis of respecting it, improve the existing rural funeral system, decrease farmers＇ economic burden, inherit the culture of filial piety so as to meet the needs of building new socialist countryside. |
