| 摘 要： | 以我国部分重点公共图书馆馆长为对象,研究其职业路径类型、职业路径长度、管理经历、职业路径的变迁等。结果发现,公共图书馆馆长职业路径有着职业路径类型的多样性、职业路径中的多样化变迁、行政任命对正副馆长职业路径的有直接影响等特征。

| Abstract: | The paper intends to study public library director's career paths.The study contents include the types of their career paths,career length,managerial experiences and vicissitude of their career paths.The results indicate several characteristics of career paths of public library directors,such as diversity of the types of career paths,career mobility and different effects of administrative commission to library director and deputy director. |
