| 摘 要： | 当今我国的国家助学贷款存在着一定的缺陷,使得借贷双方的投融资存在很多风险和困难。一种新的助学贷款的商业化模式可能从一定程度上防范那些风险并解决困难,在此设计和介绍一种新的融资方式———劳务证券化,并解释其劳务证券的原理及定价等一系列问题,最后展望这种投融资方式的意义和发展。

| Abstract: | There're series of defects in the state education loan,in which there lie many risks and problems for both sides of the financial debt and credit.A new commercial mode of study loan may in some degree prevent the risks and solve the problems,by which a new mode of financing ——labor-securitization——is introduced consequently.Then the new mode's principle and how to prize this kind of securities are interpreted.Finally,the new mode's signification and future are prospected. |
