| 摘 要： | 本文通过对现代远程高等教育质量的认识观、质量标准和评价进行了探析，比较全面地分析了影响现代远程教育质量的相关因素，就提高现代远程高等教育质量，从教育行政部门的管理、试点高校、教学模式、教学过程、教育评价等方面提出了应对措施。提高质量意识，加强全方位质量管理，是促进远程教育的持续健康发展的关键。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly makes an exploration of the viewpoints, criteria and evaluations respecting the quality of modem distance higher education, and then performs thorough analysis of the relevant factors affecting the educational quality under the context. At last some countermeasures are put forth for the management of educational administration, the pilot programs of tertiary institutions, the instructional model, the pedagogical process and the educational evaluation. It is set out in the paper that to get aware of the importance of quality and to perfect the all-round quality management system is the crucial point for the continuing and healthy development of distance education. |
