论计算机教学技术的应用策略及模式

摘    要:关于以计算机为基础的教学技术应如何发展的问题,这在各国教育界一直有两种不同的发展策略:“技术改革论”和“结构改革论”。反映在我国教育界,这两种理论则主要表现为两种情况,一种是以学校计算机硬件设备的建设为基础,力图以教育技术为突破口来促进教学方法、教学组织形式和教学评价的改革,进而带动学校整体教学的改革。另一种则重视计算机教学的发展与学校整体结构改革两者之间的关系,侧重于从系统论的角度来考察两者之间的密切联系。并以此为基础提出了多种具体的应用模式。考察国内外围绕这个问题所展开的争论,对我国该领域的发展有一定的借鉴意义

Abstract:The problem based on computer teaching technology how to develop has two different strategies in every country:technology reform and structure reform. In our country. The two theories shows two conditions. The one based on computer hard device building use education technology as breaking to accelerate teaching methods,the model of teaching organization and teaching estimating and bring along the whole school reform. The other paid more attention on the relationship between the developing of computer teaching and school structure reform,viewed the relationship in the light of systemic theory,on which based point out many concrete applying patterns.studying the debates at abroad will some references to us.
