摘    要:海西三都澳海湾是世界级天然深水良港,具有丰富的湿地资源以及一定范围的深水航道.文章从水体生态系统角度出发,运用定性和定量的方法,依据实地调查、统计数据和相关文献,对三都澳水体生态系统进行了系统分析,对海湾的物质生产、固碳、水体净化、旅游科研、提供生境和货物运输等多项生态系统服务功能价值进行评价.结果表明三都澳生态系统服务功能总价值为62.22亿元,目前物质生产的功能最高,其次是港口和旅游资源.依据水体生态系统服务功能的价值分析结果,认为渔业生产应该提升养殖水平和控制规模,而闽东港口资源和旅游资源未来开发可极大提升地区经济水平.因而对海湾的规划利用提出建议,以期为三都澳海湾资源管理和利用提供参考.

Evaluations on Ecosystem Service Functions of the Sanduao Bay in the East Fujian

Abstract:The Sanduao Bay to the west side of the Straits is a worldclass natural deepwater port, with abundant wetland resources as well as a range of deepwater channels. From the perspective of water ecosystem, the paper, using qualitative and quantitative methods based on the field investigation, statistical data and related literature, carried on systematical analysis of the Sanduao Bay and evaluated the function values of the Bay's material production, carbon sequestration, water purification, tourism research, providing habitat, transportation and other ecosystem services. The results showed that the total value of the Sanduao Bay ecosystem' services is 6, 222 million Yuan, in which the function of current material production ranked first, followed by the port and tourist resources. As a result, the fishery production shall improve breeding level and scale of control, and the port resources and tourist resources for future development can greatly enhance regional economic level. Suggestions on the Bay's planning and utilization are put forward so as to pro- vide reference for management and use of the Sanduao Bay resources.
