| 摘 要： | 据统计,全球已有2/3的GDP与创新和更新速度最快的知识信息业有关。以创新为基本特征的知识经济已逐渐成为经济发展的主流,而企业创新则是知识经济的重要载体和实现方式。"创新则兴;不创新则亡",已是当今企业生存与发展之道。本文拟从市场需求和企业利润的角度来研究企业创新的过程。
