| 摘 要： | 高职教育在我国高等教育体系中占有重要比例,致力于为社会培养高端技术型的实用人才。高职院校的体育教学,应该围绕这一人才培养目标,在提高学生身体素质、发展学生体育技能的基础上,还应着眼于培养学生的体育素养,以全面提高学生自身素质和职业能力。
