摘 要: | 采用低温结晶法分离紫苏油,寻找合适的条件,得到较高产率的不饱和脂肪酸。不饱和脂肪酸油酸是橡胶合成工业的原料,亚油酸是医药上治疗高血压药物的重要原材料,它们都是不饱和脂肪酸。通过实验发现,温度控制在4~6℃之间,酸与溶剂比在1∶4的条件下,获得产率、纯度比较理想的不饱和脂肪酸,产率可达85.2%。可见紫苏是一种理想的抗氧化食用油来源。

Abstract: | The paper separates unsaturated fatty acid from perilla oil. From products of unsaturated fatty acid, the oleic acid has impor- tant application in rubber industry, and the linoleic acid is widely used as raw material in medicines and industry. Applying the crystal- lizing process under low temperature and selecting the optimum technology condition, the paper successively abstracts unsaturated fatty acid with real recovery. |
