| 摘 要： | 英语的传播与发展，导致了各种英语变体的形成，“世界英语”的发展，则导致了“标准英语”与英语变体的区分以及内圈英语、外圈英语、扩展圈英语等概念的提出。从世界英语的发展来看，英语教学必须对各种英语变体都加以重视，这就要求我国高校的英语教学既要在输出方面重视“标准英语”，又要在输入方面重视对各种英语变体的接触。

| Abstract: | The spread and development of English language has given birth to “World Englishes” in varieties, which brought about the distinction of English varieties and the concepts of the Inner Circle, the Outer Circle and the Expanding Circle of Englishes.
