| 摘 要： | 语言代表一种文化,作为语言最基本要素的词汇,也同样反映出不同文化的差异。同样的动物词汇,在不同的文化背景中,其“文化附加义”即文化形象也不尽相同。通过研究中英动物词汇的不同“文化附加义”,可进一步加深对中英不同文化的了解。

| Abstract: | Language stands for a certain culture. As the basic element of language, words can also reflect different cultures. The same animal words, in different cultures, may have different or similar cultural attached meanings, namely cultural image. By studying different cultural attached meanings of animal words, we can further understand Chinese and English cultures. |
