| 摘 要： | 作为现代校长,首先要有自己的办学思想,有明确的办学目标。几年来,华山小学以学陶、师陶为载体,以新课程改革为契机,紧紧围绕提高办学质量这一中心任务,努力实践校本管理,在完善内部管理机制,依靠教师办学,在改革中求发展,诸方面进行了有益的探索,现将已取的肤浅认识作一小结,与广大同仁交流并讨教。

| Abstract: | As a modem headmaster, he must have his own ideas and a clear and definite goal to run a school. In recent years, targeting on strengthening school management, Huashan Primary School has learned from the famous educationist Tao Xingzhi, and seized the opportunity of the new curriculum reformation, dedicating ourselves to improving school quality and strengthening school - based management, perfecting our inner management mechanism, developing ourselves dependent on teachers in the course of reformation. |
