| 摘 要： | 宪法解释自宪法产生之日起就与宪法相伴而生,并且历来受到西方各国的高度重视。我国宪法解释制度尚未能完全建立起来,其重要原因之一,就是没有能认识到宪法解释的价值所在。为此,充分认识宪法解释的价值,激活宪法解释的运作制度,乃是中国要解决的一个重要的现实问题,也是实行依法治国的重要保证之一。

| Abstract: | The interpretation of constitution is every bit as old as constitution itself,and it has always been highly esteemed in western countries.But the interpretive system of our country's constitution is not perfectly established as yet.One of the main reasons is that the value of the interprctation of the constitution remains to be clearly seen.So it is of paramount importance that we fully understand such value and activate the operation of the interpretive system.This is a primary question of reality to be sehled,and one of the important garantees of running the country accordiny to law as well. |
