| 摘 要： | 在分析上海市工程技术研究中心发展的现状和问题的基础上,提出上海的工程技术研究中心建设应该从重视工程化和商业化向重视技术服务和行业技术研发转变,通过建立有效的合作机制和重点支持优势领域中心的建设,促进工程技术研究中心的规模化、联合化发展,并提出了相应的政策措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of present situation and the problem of Shanghai city engineering technical research centre development, this paper puts forward that the engineering technical research centre construction of Shanghai should attach more importance to technical service and the trade technology R&D than to engineering and commercialization. Through the effective establishment of cooperation mechanism and emphatic support to superiority domain centre, we can promote the scale and combination development of engineering technical research centre. Finally the paper puts forward the corresponding policy measures. |
