| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设是关系到党、国家、民族兴旺发达的重大问题。加强党的执政能力建设必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指针,通过全方位的改革,即通过改革党的领导体制,改善党内关系及党群关系等有利于党的总体作用发挥的一切方面来实现。

| Abstract: | The reinforcement of the party's administrational ability is a crucible problem for the prosperity of the Party,the country and the nation.The reinforcement of the party's administrational ability must take the concept of "Three Representatives" as the guide and carry out a thorough reform,which includes the reform of the Party's leadership system,the improvement of the Party's internal relationship and that of the relationship between the Party and the common people. |
