摘    要:本文认为,意识形态在历史上经常被视为贬义词,影响了人们对于意识形态的认识。然而,意识形态笼罩着社会、语言和所有人类的活动,是我们所无法回避的客观存在。忽略意识形态等于忽略自我的存在。只有研究和发展意识形态,才能在价值判断中既不失去自我,又能宽容他人。这也是外语教学较高层次的要求。

Abstract:This paper argues that ideology is often misunderstood as a negative term, therefore people are not actively involved, showing no interest in its development. However, ideology permeates in our social life, language and interactive behaviour, from which we cannot escape. If we ignore our development of ideology, it means that we are giving up our humanistic concern. With understanding of ideology, we do not only maintain our identity, but also grow tolerance towards others. This is also the demand of advanced language learning.
