| Abstract: | With the coming of knowledge economy era and the speeding up of globalization process,the competitive advantage of enterprises is increasingly dependent on knowledge which is difficult to copy,as a new management concept knowledge management,passes through each activity of the enterprise.Technological innovation is the theme of the knowledge economy era,carrying out knowledge management is the only way for enterprises to realize technological innovation. |
