摘    要:教师的假设是教师文化乃至学校文化的深层指令,是教师一切行为与价值取向的源泉。教师行为背后的动机、方法的前提以及信仰系统都不同程度地存在问题,这些问题受制于教师思想中错误的假定。揭示这些假定是消除教师文化中消极因素的第一步。我们发现,教师思维中的错误假定不少,严重影响着教师的实践以及学校的变革与发展。

Abstract:Teacher's hypothesis is the profound instruction for the teac he r culture and even the school culture as well as the source of teacher's act and value orientation.There exist in the motive behind teacher's act,the prerequi site of method and belief system some problems which are influenced by the mist aken suppositions in the teacher's thinking.The revelation of these preposition s is the first step to eliminate the negative factors in the teacher culture.We have found that there are many mistaken suppositions in the teacher's thinking, which hinder the reform and development of schools.
