摘    要:朝鲜族饮食文化以其重保健,重食疗;崇尚自然,融合多元;精诚细作,讲究美感和手功的饮食特征和文化内涵,成为中华民族饮食文化中一颗奇异的明珠。通过朝鲜族饮食文化的内涵,可以体会到一个民族的生态文化和精神文化,以及这个民族所追求的尽善尽美的理想境界。

Abstract:Korean ethnic catering culture has developed itself into a fantastic pearl in Chinese catering culture for its emphasis on health care,dietotherapy,nature,diversity and exquisite crafting,etc.In light of the Korean ethnic catering cultural intension,we can really appreciate an ethnic group in terms of ecological and spiritual culture as well as its ideal state.
