| 摘 要： | 采用录像观察统计法、文献资料法和对比分析法,对十运会蹦床网上决赛男子单人成套动作进行分析的结果表明:中国优秀男子运动员预跳能力,动作时间已有很大提高,但与世界先进水平比较仍有差异:位移方面仍有欠缺;高度加分目前仍然不足;动作难度、成套动作完成质量方面与世界先进水平还有差距;中国男子运动员整体水平发展不均,竞技水平发挥不稳定,应进一步强化动作质量,增强成套动作稳定性,提高自选动作的难度水平.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the men's trampoline movements in the individual final of the 10th National Games by using the methods of documentation,video stastics and comparative analysis.The results show that the ability and the time of pre-jump of Chinese men athletes have been improved obviously,but it still lays behind the world level.There are some demerits on horizontal displace.The movement difficulty and quality of routine of our male elite tramplinists had not reached the world highest level.We should strengthen compulsory movements,stress the stability of high-standard,and improve the difficulty of optional movements. |
