高职“双师型”教师外在激励机制的研究

摘    要:高职"双师型"教师在很大程度上决定着职业教育的质量,其工作特点是研究外在激励机制的关键.本文从高职"双师型"教师工作特点入手,探讨建构高职"双师型"教师外在激励机制的必要性和方法,提出物质激励因素中强化以业绩为中心的薪酬模式、社会激励因素中强化产权激励、精神激励因素中强化参与激励、环境激励因素中突出文化激励.
