摘    要:文章论述了实践教学在高等工程教育中的作用,职业资格培训对学生的就业竞争能力、创业能力和创新发展能力的影响;分析了实践教学和职业资格培训的现状和存在的问题;给出了通过强化实践教学和职业资格培训,培养学生的工程实践能力和创新能力的方法。

Abstract:A discussion is presented on the effects of teaching for practice and training for professional certification on engineering students' competitiveness in finding employment,abilities in doing pioneering work and capabilities of innovation.Such teaching and training are analyzed with their problems pinpointed.Recommendations are offered for strengthening the practice teaching and professional training in order to foster students' hands-on and innovation abilities.
