| 摘 要： | 分析了中国迅速进入老年社会的原因，中国老年社会的特点和基本趋势。通过对中国老年人的疾病谱和死亡谱的研究，进一步说明了中国老年人的健康状况：中国老年人的身体健康余年、心理健康余年、自理余年、疾病残疾余年等指标还处在较低的水平上。中国老年人对体育有较强的依赖性，有自觉的参与性。改革开放以来，中国老年人体育有了长足的发展

| Abstract: | The author analyzes the reason that China enters aging society rapidly, the characters and basic trend in aging society. By reaserching disease spectrum and death spectrum of oldsters in China, the author made further explanation on their health condition which shows the targets, such as physical health remaining years, mental health remaining years,care-by-themselves remaining years,disease and deformity remaining years of Chinese oldsters,are still at a lower Level.Chinese oldsters have more dependence on sports,and take part in sports willingly.With the policy of reform and openning up carried out,oldsters' sports developed rapidly in China. |
