| Abstract: | The Journals in colleges and universities are faced with new requirements while china's entry into WTO. The requirements such as his or her own qualification. use of network on editing, being or wokring as a scholar will be necessary for an editor to meet. Also, the possibility of the combination of editing and collating and the journal's intermal mangement and development has become an unresolved problem under new circumstance. |
