高师小学教师培养模式的思考

摘    要:为了适应各类小学对教师的需求,本科层次小学教育专业应构建"2+2"培养模式,科学定位培养目标,改革课程设置,加强实践教学,全面提高小学教师素质,培养"一专多能"的具有较高本专业学科教学能力和多学科教学能力的小学师资。

Abstract:In order to adapt to various types of demand for primary school teachers, the education of primary school education specialty at undergraduate level should con- struct " 2+2 " training mode with scientific orientation, training objectives, curriculum re- form and strengthen the practice teaching to comprehensively improve the quality of pri- mary school teachers' training. So highly professional teachers of many other skills will be developed well.
