教师专业化的现状与对策

摘    要:教师专业化是指教师个体和教师群体的专业水平提高以及教师职业的专业地位的确立和提升的过程。我国教师职业的专业性质和专业地位虽然得到了教育理论界的充分肯定以及国家有关法规的确认,但至今,对教师是不可替代的专门职业仍未形成全社会的共识。最重要的原因是目前中小学教师的专业化水平不高。在推进教师专业化的过程中,现有师范院校必须充分发挥主体作用,深化教育教学改革,大力推进人才培养模式改革和教师培养培训的一体化,不断提高教师培养培训的质量和水平。

Abstract:Teachers professionalization means the process that the professional level of teacher individual and teacher colony raises and that the professional status of teaching profession establishes and promotes.Although the professional nature and status of teaching profession in China has been fully acknowledged by the educational theory circle and affirmed by the relevant laws of our country,the common knowledge that the teaching profession is irreplaceable still has not formed so far in the whole society.The most important reason is that at present teachers professional level is low in primary and secondary schools.During the process of pushing on teachers professionalization,the present normal universities and colleges must play the principal role,deepen educational and teaching reforms,move the reforms of talents developing pattern forward,drive the unify of teacher training,enhance constantly the quality and level of teacher training.
