变频器在125t桥式起重机上的应用

摘    要:针对目前大吨位起重机采用转子串电阻调速效率低的缺点,提出了125t桥式起重机对变频器控制的要求,选择了起重机电控系统配置,绘制出主提升机构系统框图,进行了通用变频器制动单元的选择及与PLC的配合.试验证明:变频调速方案的各项技术数据均优于其他调速方案,各项技术指标达到设计要求,且节能效果明显.

Abstract:To overcome the low efficiency of big cranes which adopt rotor clusters resistance for timing,new solution is proposed at the request of the 125t bridge type crane which controls the frequency-convertor,choosing the crane electrically control system disposition,drawing up the host promotion organization system diagram,and carrying on general frequency changer for trig unit choice with PLC coordination.The experiment result proves that:the engineering data surpasses over that of other variable velocity modulation plans,with each technical specification meeting the design request;and the energy-saving effect is obvious.
