后现代视野中师生权力关系的构建

摘    要:后现代主义是20世纪后半叶在西方流行的一种社会文化思潮,其影响已深入到教育领域。教师和学生之间的权力关系也因之而发生极大的变化,并对师生角色产生影响。表现为在后现代知识观中,教师的权力受到了挑战;在后现代课程观中,学生有了一定的自主权;在后现代教学观中,学生成为话语权的拥有者。为此,笔者认为构建新型的师生关系,师生双方都必须做出角色调整:改革教师对自身的角色认识;实现学生角色的转换;增强师生双方的平等意识。

Abstract:post-modernism is a popular concept in social culture originated in the western in the later ages of 20th century.Its influences goes deep into the field of education where the power relations of teacher-student changed greatly,and influenced the roles of teachers and students,that is,the teacher's power is challenged in the course while students hold speech power.This paper argues that to reconstruct the roles of teachers and students,both parties should adjust themselves in the course and realize the sense of equality.
