| 摘 要： | 资金不足是小城镇建设的一大制约因素 ,要有效解决这一问题 ,必须树立资本经营理念 ,走出一条自我积累、自我完善、科学运作、滚动发展的路子。为此 ,从理论到实践有必要对经营小城镇的具体范畴、经营主体、经营手段和方式、具体运作途径等问题作深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Insufficient funds is the major factor to restrict the town-building.To solve this problem,we have to build up the capital manage ment idea;to develop a way of self-reservation,self-perfection,scientific operation and continuous development.Therefore,these problems are worth following up from theory to practice:the special scale,the main management body,the management methods,special access to operation of the small town. |
