| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是指人与社会、人与人、人与自然及人自我身心和谐的社会。其前提和基础就是社会和谐。社会和谐的关键就是人与社会的权界建构是否科学、合理。这正是探析“群己权界”的要旨所在。划为“群域”就要做到民主，划为“己域”就要尊重自由，和谐社会才可能实现。
