| 摘 要： | 冬枣是果中珍品,近几年发展很快,但采后贮藏保鲜问题一直是其种植业发展的重要制约因素.本文就其采后病害、贮藏过程中的生理、病理问题及贮藏保鲜技术进行了详细论述,对冬枣保鲜技术的发展及综合技术体系进行了探讨,为冬枣采后产业化发展提供技术支持. |
