| 摘 要： | 我国理工科大学科研组织因自身诸多弊端的存在,难以应对知识经济时代更大的挑战。本文引入虚拟科研组织的概念,论述理工科大学虚拟科研组织的内涵和特征,介绍国外大学虚拟科研组织的成功实践,最后给出我国理工科大学构建虚拟科研组织的建议。
