| Abstract: | The life cycle cost analysis method take the education equipment entire-cost as a target, carries on the optimization to the equipment work, thus achieved saves the fund goal. But the education equipment work not only must consider the cost, should consider obtains effect. This article proposes the cost-effect generalized analysis method may comprehensively optimize the education equipment work, provides the support for the education equipment construction decision-making. The article in detail introduced the cost-effect generalized analysis method mentality, the model and the implementation case. |
