| 摘 要： | "三个有利于"判断标准和科学发展观,都是马克思主义与中国改革开放的具体实际相结合的产物,是马克思主义中国化的理论成果,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的有机组成部分.它们具有各自的时代特征和理论意义,但是在理论和实践上,它们又是一脉相承的.科学发展观是对"三个有利于"的继承和发展,继承体现在二者的一致性,发展体现在科学发展观的与时俱进.

| Abstract: | The "three favorables" standards and Scientific Outlook on Development are both the products of integration between Marxism with the Chinese concrete practice of Reform and Opening-up,the theoretical results of localization of Marxism in China,and the organic component of the socialism theory with Chinese characteristics.They have their respective characteristics of the times and theoretical significance.But in theory and in practice,they are also of the same origin.Scientific Outlook on Development inherits and develops "three favorables".Inheritance embodies unity of the two,while development reflects Scientific Outlook on Development's spirit of advancing with the times. |
