| Abstract: | The scientific and technological appropriations have played an important role in promoting the progress of science and technology and the development of economy.Based on the analysis of the present situation of science and technology appropriations into public organizations as well as the existing problems and the comparative study on the appropriation of public organizations home and abroad,the authors have preliminarily discussed the causes of existing problems and the countermeasures. |
