| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种具有软开关技术的28V／100A高频开关电源，主电路为功率开关器件IGBT组成的半桥式逆变电路，采用高性能的CW494脉宽调制器进行控制，具有体积小、功率大、效率高的优点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a 28V/100A soft switching power supply. The main circuit uses half-bridge converter consisting IGBT. The circuit is controlled by high-performance CW494 pulse width modulator. It has the advantages of small size, large power and high efficiency. |
