摘    要:信息无障碍的实施和推广为听障儿童通过计算机和辅助设备获取网络资源提供了便利,而移动设备的普及和移动学习卡模式的成熟义为听障儿皂的信息无障碍获取提供了一个新的机遇。通过分析听障儿童移动学习的现状,得知听障儿童移动学习的最人障碍在于移动学习资源的设计,文章针对听障儿章的生理特点和认知规律,在Mayer的信息认知模型指导下,从学习内容、媒体豢材、界面导航和交互方式四个方面分别提出具体的设计策略,并结合全日制聋校实验教材进行初步的案例设计,为听障儿童无障碍移动学习资源的进一步开发提供了相关的理论支持与技术专撑。

Abstract:The implementation and promotion of information accessibility provides a convenient access for hearing-impaired children to get network resources through computers and auxiliary equipment, then the popularity of mobile devices and the mature of mobile learning mode provide new opportunities for hearing-impaired children to receive information accessibility. By analyzing the actuality of mobile learning of hearing-impaired children, it is clear that designing mobile learning resources is the biggest obstacle in the mobile learning of hearing-impaired children. According to physiological characteristics and cognitive law of hearing-impaired children and under the guide of Mayer's information cognition model, this thesis proposes concrete designed strategies respectively in following aspects: learning contents, Media material, interface navigation and interactive form. Also, this thesis conducts case design integrating with experimental learning material of full-time school for the hearing-impaired, and provides theoretical and technical support for the further development of mobile resources of hearing-impaired children.
