| 摘 要： | 《北京残奥会总结报告》首次独立成卷向国际残奥委会提交,这在残奥运动发展历史上具有重要的里程碑意义。《北京残奥会总结报告》得到了国际残奥委会的充分认可和高度评价。为了弘扬奥运精神、继承残奥遗产、推动我国残疾人体育事业不断发展,创作组全面分析该报告创作的背景和意义,扼要叙述创作的过程和报告的框架,深刻总结创作的经验与体会,明确提出相关的思考与建议。

| Abstract: | For the first time and with the significant of landmark in the development history of Paralympic Movement,the Official Report of Beijing Paralympic Game was submitted to International Paralympic Committee(IPC) in a independent volume.The Official Report of Beijing Paralympic Games has been fully approved and highly appraised by IPC.For propagating the Olympic Spirits,inheriting Paralympic legacy,and developing Chinese disabled persons sport causes,the writing and editing team of CIPES has overall reviewed the report’s producing meaning and background,briefly narrated the creative process and report’s framework,deeply concluded their working experiences and learning,and clearly provided relative thoughts and suggestions. |
